U Shine Cleaners ("we") cleans homes in Pell City and Central Alabama. This explains what information we collect, what we use it for and what you can ask of us.
What we collect
What you give us when you request a quote or book: your name, email, phone, address or ZIP code, details about your home and the cleaning, and any notes or photos you choose to send.
The messages you send us by email or text.
Basic technical data: which page, ad or QR code brought you to us, and the security logs our providers keep (such as your IP address and browser).
If you pay by card, Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To give you a price, schedule and do the cleaning, take payment and answer your messages.
To update you about your quote and appointments. We only text you if you agree to it (see "Text messages" below).
To learn, in aggregate, which advertising works (for example, whether you found us through a business card or a car magnet).
To comply with the law and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your information or share it for other companies' advertising.
Who we share it with
With the providers that help us operate, only for that purpose: website and database hosting (Vercel, Neon), email (Resend, Cloudflare), payments (Stripe) and, when we use them, text messages (Twilio).
With the members of our team who clean your home, who see only what they need (address and instructions).
When the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While you are a customer and as long as accounting and legal rules require. If you requested a quote and didn't book, you can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email hola@ushinecleaners.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. We answer in English or Spanish.
To stop text messages, reply STOP at any time.
Security
Only the people who need it can see your information, and it travels encrypted over the internet. No system is perfect: if something happens that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
